Dry aged meat is the process of aging fresh cut meat for 21 - 28 days, this makes the meat develop more flavor and makes it far more tender than they would be if they were fresh. We mainly dry aged beef, however we can also age Lamb upon request. Dry aged beef ribeye, and dry aged beef sirloin are the most popular products.
